Q: If I fill the tank with water from a stream, lake or hose, will it clog?
A: No, your Liquid Shade is designed with a particle filter and a hard water filter. You should clean the filters out each year or order replacements from the Liquid Shade website.
Q: Does the mist head spin or turn?
A: No, it is stationary. The mist spray will fan out from each nozzle. If the air outside is still the mist will fall fairly evenly around the unit, and if there is a breeze the mist will blow in that direction. In a breezy situation, position the mister upwind for best results.
Q: Can I leave Liquid Shade outside all the time?
A: Yes, but as with any product, constant outdoor exposure may cause some parts of the unit to become dirty and eroded. Take care of your Liquid Shade and bring it into a garage, shed or storage area when not in use.
